Studio Archive

This archive traces the evolution of my painting practice. Each painting is a exploration seeking surfaces rich with aesthetics of landscape, time and memory. I work slowly allowing marks and textures to evolve organically into unique surfaces revealing the story of their creation.

While some paintings appear to capture the essence of a particular place, others reveal glimpses into more personal moments of observation. Aspiring to evoke within the viewer a reason to pause, an invitation to spend time with the work, allowing a slow and quiet recognition of the expressions of time and memory embedded within the work and our everyday experiences of the landscapes we engage with.
